Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain features for the Android or iOS application.
  • Implement scalable, stable, user-friendly mobile features that support rapid user growth.
  • Use AI-assisted development tools for code generation, testing, and architecture decisions.
  • Collaborate with engineering, support, and product teams to resolve technical issues and understand customer needs.
  • Work with automated testing and mobile development, staging, and production pipelines.
  • Contribute to the shared Kotlin Multiplatform module by implementing platform-specific components against shared interfaces.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of strong Kotlin or Swift experience, with expert-level ability on at least one mobile platform.
  • Knowledge of object-oriented and protocol-oriented programming fundamentals and test-driven development.
  • Experience with Jetpack Compose, Coroutines and Flow, dependency injection using Hilt, Koin, or Dagger, and Android testing tools such as Espresso, JUnit, and Mockk; or with SwiftUI, Combine, Swift Concurrency, and XCTest.
  • Regular hands-on use of AI coding assistants such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Claude Code.
  • Solid Git and mobile CI/CD experience, including tools such as GitHub Actions, Fastlane, or Xcode Cloud.
  • Working competence with the other major mobile platform, even without expert-level proficiency.
  • Strong written and spoken English and a proactive approach to learning new tools.
  • Preferred qualifications include Kotlin Multiplatform or Compose Multiplatform exposure, WebRTC or VoIP experience, Flutter or Dart experience, AI-agent integration experience, and a BS or MS in Computer Science or a related field.
