Software Engineer II (Frontend) in USA

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain user interfaces with Vue.js for Adyen’s developer observability products.
  • Own developments through architecture, requirements gathering, implementation, automated testing, iteration, and impact monitoring.
  • Identify improvements that make the platform more robust and scalable.
  • Collaborate with frontend, backend, and data engineers, product owners, designers, merchants, and distributed teams.
  • Deliver live functionality quickly and contribute to engineering best practices.

Requirements

  • At least 5+ years of experience building software with JavaScript.
  • Solid experience with Vue.js.
  • Comfort engaging with backend code.
  • Ability to independently gather technical requirements and create execution plans.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and feedback skills.
  • Professional English communication ability.
  • Ability to work from the San Francisco office at least three days per week and be authorized to work in the United States without new visa sponsorship.

Benefits

  • Hybrid office-first work model requiring at least three days per week in the office.
  • Annual base salary range of $169,000-$232,000 in San Francisco, plus RSUs.
  • Candidate experience includes an application response target of five business days and an interview process that typically takes about four weeks.
