Responsibilities

Develop, test, and deploy scalable software solutions and integrations supporting internal operations.
Partner with Finance, Operations, Membership Services, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Design and implement APIs, data pipelines, automation, and relational database solutions.
Maintain the reliability, performance, and security of business systems including NetSuite, Salesforce, Stripe, and Boomi.
Collaborate with engineers to establish best practices and improve engineering processes.
Mentor and coach engineers on the team and in neighboring teams.
Deliver production-quality features iteratively in a high-growth environment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
2–4 years of professional software development experience.
Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python, Java, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
Experience with API design, integrations, or middleware in a business systems environment.
Experience with relational database design, data modeling, and query optimization.
Experience developing large-scale, production-quality web applications.
Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, autonomy, and ownership skills.
Ability and willingness to use AI tools in daily work while maintaining high quality standards.

Benefits

U.S. base salary range of $125,000–$175,000, plus meaningful equity and benefits.
Full-time role based in WHOOP’s Boston, Massachusetts office, with relocation required if necessary.
Generous equity package and total compensation aligned with the company’s long-term growth.
