Responsibilities

Collaborate across the organization to translate business priorities into shipped features that deliver customer success.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented software following industry best practices.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback on human- and AI-generated code.
Develop, test, and deploy high-quality software with minimal supervision.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.
Contribute to continuous improvement, operational excellence, and engineering innovation.

Requirements

Experience working across the frontend and backend and shipping features end-to-end.
Experience gathering and incorporating feedback from users, teammates, or stakeholders to improve product or project quality and usability.
Experience building with AI-driven UX, agents, and workflow automation; direct machine-learning experience is not required.
BA/BS in a computer-science-related discipline or equivalent experience.
Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth, and ambiguous environment.
