Responsibilities

Build, scale, and expand Braze’s WhatsApp, LINE, and Kakao messaging channels.
Develop features for message sending, analytics, subscription management, customer dashboards, and messaging-event processing.
Improve system performance and resilience as systems scale.
Contribute to key architectural decisions and architect new iterations of critical components.
Collaborate with teammates, provide engineering guidance, and learn from colleagues.

Requirements

2–4 years of full-stack development experience.
Strong understanding of distributed systems, data structures, and algorithms.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment with strong communication and organizational skills.
Professional experience with Ruby, Rails, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, Sidekiq, React, or TypeScript is a bonus.
Professional experience building distributed systems at scale is a bonus.
Experience with agile processes is a bonus.
