Responsibilities

Own ambiguous product and technical problems from problem definition through architecture, implementation, and shipment.
Build data-intensive full-stack features spanning React interfaces, APIs, data models, and backend services.
Develop AI-native workflows that help users understand, review, and intervene in agent behavior.
Integrate with enterprise systems of record including SAP, Salesforce, and Workday.
Partner with product, design, data, and engineering teams to shape solutions and iterate based on feedback.
Contribute to platform architecture, reusable abstractions, shared components, engineering conventions, code reviews, and technical discussions.

Requirements

Strong production experience with React and TypeScript.
Backend experience designing APIs and services with Node.js, Python, Java, or a comparable stack.
Strong data fundamentals, including relational data models, SQL, schemas, transformations, and data-intensive application performance and reliability.
Ability to take features from database through user interface and work effectively across the stack.
Demonstrated ability to define ambiguous problems, make pragmatic tradeoffs, and iteratively ship.
Strong product judgment, communication, collaboration, ownership, and attention to quality, security, and maintainability.
Preferred experience with AI-native or agentic products, ERP/CRM/HCM systems or SAP, fast-moving early-stage environments, and modern AI-assisted development tools.
