Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain core Flutter app components, design systems, state management, performance, and tooling.
  • Develop AI and agentic infrastructure, including MCP servers, background agent systems, evaluations, and feedback loops.
  • Improve CI/CD, release tooling, and engineering feedback workflows.
  • Ship user-facing features alongside platform improvements.
  • Maintain a reliable technical foundation for other engineers.

Requirements

  • Two to four years of production experience building mobile applications with Flutter and Dart or building web applications.
  • Daily, fluent use of agentic coding tools and understanding of their strengths, limitations, and workarounds.
  • Strong academic background from a well-regarded university or equivalent institution.
  • Clear English communication skills and interest in improving engineering systems and workflows.
  • Attention to design details such as spacing, animation, and component consistency.
  • Interest in mobile foundations, AI infrastructure, developer experience, and user-facing product work.

Benefits

  • Base salary of €80,000 to €110,000 annually.
  • On-site work in Berlin, Germany.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available.
