Responsibilities

  • Own core components of the Flutter mobile app, including shared components, design system, state management, performance, and tooling.
  • Build and maintain agentic and AI infrastructure, including custom MCP servers, a background agent platform, and evaluation and feedback loops.
  • Integrate agentic coding tools into engineering workflows.
  • Improve developer experience through CI/CD pipelines, release tooling, and faster feedback loops.
  • Ship user-facing product features alongside platform work.
  • Maintain the reliability of the existing foundation for the broader engineering team.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of production experience building mobile applications with Flutter/Dart or web applications.
  • Daily, fluent use of agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or comparable tools.
  • Strong academic background in computer science or a related field from a well-regarded university.
  • Strong eye for design, including spacing, animations, and component consistency.
  • Clear written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Comfort working in an intense, fast-moving startup environment.

Benefits

  • On-site work in Berlin, Germany.
  • Annual salary range of 80,000 to 110,000 EUR.
