Responsibilities

Own shared components, the design system, state management, performance, and tooling within the Flutter mobile app.
Build and maintain agentic and AI infrastructure, including custom MCP servers, a background agent platform, and evaluation and feedback loops.
Integrate agentic coding tools into engineering workflows.
Improve developer experience through CI/CD pipelines, release tooling, and faster feedback loops.
Ship user-facing product features alongside platform and infrastructure work.
Maintain a reliable foundation for a growing engineering team.

Requirements

2 to 4 years of production experience building mobile apps with Flutter and Dart, or equivalent web application experience.
Daily, fluent use of agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or similar.
Strong design judgment, including attention to spacing, animations, and component quality.
Strong academic background in Computer Science or a related field from a well-regarded university.
Clear written and spoken communication in English and motivation to improve systems that slow other engineers down.

Benefits

On-site work in Berlin, Germany.
Annual salary range of 80,000 to 110,000 EUR.
