Responsibilities

Develop highly reliable autonomous software systems and testing for resilience, fault tolerance, and correctness.
Design software for space vehicles and supporting ground systems.
Build prototypes, analyze system metrics, and quantify technical constraints.
Own software development from design and testing through release and flight operations.
Provide technical leadership and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, math, or another STEM discipline, or 2+ years of software development experience.
Development experience in C, C++, Python, or similar programming languages.
Preferred experience with fault-tolerant, distributed, or real-time systems.
Preferred experience designing unit, integrated hardware-in-the-loop regression, and exploratory tests.
Preferred knowledge of computer architecture, networks, physics, math, electronics, and Linux programming.
Preferred skills in debugging, performance optimization, and performance testing.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, take initiative, communicate effectively, and adapt to changing requirements.
Willingness to work extended hours and weekends when needed.
Must satisfy applicable ITAR eligibility or authorization requirements.
