Software Engineer in USA

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop production-grade agentic AI solutions using LLMs, multi-agent workflows, and RAG pipelines.
  • Implement prompt engineering strategies including structured prompts, tool-calling, and agent orchestration.
  • Build secure Python backend services and REST APIs using microservices architecture.
  • Develop guardrails such as output validation, fallback strategies, rate limiting, safe tool invocation, and human-in-the-loop patterns.
  • Create model evaluation frameworks for prompt testing, retrieval validation, regression testing, and performance benchmarking.
  • Deploy and operate AI services on AWS using EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Apply access control, data protection, audit logging, and secure API design practices.
  • Ensure observability, monitoring, and reliability of production AI services.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of professional software engineering experience building backend or distributed systems.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and RESTful API development.
  • Hands-on experience building LLM-based or agentic AI applications with RAG, embeddings, and vector database integrations.
  • Practical prompt engineering experience and understanding of LLM behavior, limitations, and optimization.
  • Experience deploying and operating applications in AWS cloud environments.
  • Experience implementing AI guardrails, model validation techniques, and production monitoring.
  • Understanding of cloud-native security practices and secure system design.
  • Preferred: experience with multi-agent orchestration frameworks or AI tool integration patterns.
  • Preferred: familiarity with Pinecone, Weaviate, OpenSearch, or similar vector databases.
  • Preferred: experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Preferred: experience integrating with ServiceNow, Snowflake, or similar enterprise platforms.
  • Preferred: familiarity with Datadog, Prometheus, or similar observability tools.
