Responsibilities

  • Develop frontend features across web and mobile using React and React Native for card, rewards, transaction, and payment experiences.
  • Own features end to end from technical design through implementation, testing, and production release.
  • Build loyalty and card product capabilities that improve customer engagement and revenue.
  • Drive experimentation, funnel optimization, instrumentation, and iteration across user journeys.
  • Partner with product, design, and backend engineering to deliver polished, performant experiences.
  • Identify and resolve frontend performance bottlenecks and improve CUJ latency and availability SLOs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on frontend development using React and React Native.
  • Demonstrated end-to-end feature ownership from technical design through implementation, testing, and production release.
  • Experience with experimentation frameworks and funnel optimization, including the ability to instrument and measure user-facing flows.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and backend engineering teams.
  • Ability to use generative AI responsibly with human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
