Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of high-impact projects through production.
  • Build and operate end-to-end features spanning data models, APIs, and user interfaces.
  • Make independent decisions about architecture, scope, and technical tradeoffs.
  • Collaborate with customers, design, and product to determine what to build.
  • Maintain high standards for code quality, system design, and operational reliability.

Requirements

  • Have built and operated real production systems.
  • Work comfortably across the technology stack while developing deep expertise where needed.
  • Operate independently and deliver effectively in a modern engineering environment.
  • Communicate clearly, especially in writing.
  • Experience with identity, security, distributed systems, large-scale data systems, fast-growing startups, or developer platforms is valued but not required.
