Responsibilities

Build and ship AI-native product experiences for clinicians and patients.
Design and develop LLM-powered systems and agents that automate and augment healthcare workflows.
Own AI features end to end, including prototyping, experimentation, production deployment, evaluation, and iteration.
Build evaluation, monitoring, and feedback systems to improve AI quality, reliability, and performance.
Work across models, prompts, tools, retrieval systems, and application infrastructure.
Collaborate with clinicians and engineers to identify high-impact healthcare applications for AI.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field.
2+ years of professional software engineering experience in high-quality environments.
Experience building and shipping LLM-powered applications or AI products in production.
Fluency in Python and/or TypeScript.
Experience with modern LLM APIs, agentic systems, tool calling, retrieval, structured outputs, or similar applied AI patterns.
Ability to reason about evaluations, reliability, latency, cost, and failure modes.
Comfort working across the stack and experimenting with new models, frameworks, and techniques.
Strong autonomy, ownership, experimentation, and ambiguity tolerance.

Salary: $150k - $220k/yr
