Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
Implement complex software solutions that meet business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and product managers to define, design, and ship features.
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and production issues.
Participate in architecture, design, and technical specification reviews.
Review pull requests and provide constructive technical feedback.
Document work and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Stay current with AWS technologies and emerging industry trends.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering culture.
Engage with customers or internal stakeholders to understand their needs.

Requirements

At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
At least 2 years of non-internship experience with software design or architecture, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
At least 3 years of experience building complex software systems.
At least 2 years of experience designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded, or distributed software applications, tools, systems, or services using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Preferred: knowledge of JAX, PyTorch, vLLM, SGLang, Dynamo, TorchXLA, and TensorRT.
Preferred: knowledge of machine learning and LLM fundamentals, including transformer architecture, training and inference lifecycles, and optimization techniques.
Preferred: knowledge of Python and/or C++ programming.
