Responsibilities

  • Create user-centric experiences and foundational platform components from concept through deployment for the Android glasses platform.
  • Design and implement shared system UI services, dynamic widgets, AI agent integrations, and notification management functionality.
  • Develop novel interaction methods for augmented reality in collaboration with machine learning perception specialists.
  • Partner with UX and Product Management teams to define experiences, create prototypes, and conduct user testing.
  • Plan and prioritize roadmaps with program management, product management, and UX stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in user interactions, Applied AI and large language models, 3D interfaces, or performance analysis.
  • At least 2 years of experience with Swift or other languages and frameworks used in mobile app development.
  • Interest and ability to adapt emerging technologies to constrained computing contexts such as wearables.
  • Proficiency with AI-based workflows and a systems-thinking approach to development.

Benefits

  • US base salary of $147000–$210000 USD plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
  • Canada base salary of $150000–$153000 CAD plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
