Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Product, Development, and Data teams during discovery and refinement to ensure requirements and acceptance criteria are testable and complete.
  • Identify risks, edge cases, and coverage gaps, and lead exploratory testing and business-flow simulations.
  • Design and implement automated API, UI, performance, and end-to-end tests.
  • Develop automation using C#, Playwright, NBomber, JMeter, and related testing tools.
  • Partner with developers to strengthen upper-layer test coverage and contribute to CI/CD pipeline and automation environment improvements.
  • Maintain test metrics covering escapes, performance, and coverage trends.
  • Perform test-failure and production-defect triage and root cause analysis.
  • Partner with Support and Engineering to prevent recurring issues.
  • Lead test-result and risk reviews to assess release readiness.
  • Maintain traceability and test evidence aligned with ISO9001 and SOC2 standards.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in software testing or development with strong automation experience.
  • Experience writing automated API and UI tests using C#, Playwright, or similar tools.
  • Experience with performance testing tools such as NBomber or JMeter.
  • Strong understanding of test lifecycle practices and Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
  • Experience testing SaaS web applications across multiple browser platforms.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and log-analysis tools such as Elastic Stack, Datadog, or New Relic.
  • Ability to analyze problems, challenge requirements and acceptance criteria, and assess customer and business impact.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • A proactive, user-centric approach to quality.
  • Experience with AWS environments is preferred.
  • Knowledge of data architecture patterns such as medallion architecture is preferred.
  • Experience with some or all of the listed technology tools is helpful, though tool mastery is not required.
