Responsibilities

Build, expand, and operate global infrastructure across public and private clouds, data centers, and content delivery networks.
Develop tools, automation, visualizations, and monitoring systems for infrastructure operations and optimization.
Participate in technical operations rotations and respond to performance and reliability issues.
Improve infrastructure services from design and development through deployment, user support, and refinement.
Deploy and configure cloud solutions and automate cloud operations.
Develop infrastructure automation scripts and participate in cloud solution improvement.
Specify, set up, and run proof-of-concepts and demonstrations of cloud solutions.
Administer and maintain servers across virtual platforms.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Programming and Systems Analysis, or Computer Studies is required.
At least 5 years of experience with Unix/Linux systems, including system libraries, file systems, and client-server protocols.
At least 5 years of experience with system-level applications such as DNS, APT, LDAP, Nginx, Ansible, and Packer.
At least 3 years of experience with programming or scripting languages such as Java, C++, Go, Shell, and Python.
Experience designing, analyzing, and building automation and tools for large-scale systems.
Experience building solutions with AWS, Google, OCI, and other cloud services.
Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree or a bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience in a relevant engineering or computer science field.
Familiarity with Kubernetes, microservices, FaaS, web application or UI implementation, database design and administration, unit, integration and performance testing, and system and data security.
