Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of company applications and user workflows.
  • Design and execute comprehensive manual test plans and test cases.
  • Identify functional issues, edge cases, and potential failure scenarios.
  • Improve software quality from technical and end-user experience perspectives.
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Perform API, web, and mobile application testing.
  • Analyze logs and troubleshoot production or staging issues.
  • Produce testing reports and release validation analysis.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to improve release confidence and product reliability.
  • Mentor and support junior QA team members where needed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Software QA or testing roles.
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test strategies, and release validation.
  • Hands-on experience testing web applications, mobile applications, and RESTful APIs.
  • Experience with API testing tools such as Postman, SoapUI, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with test automation frameworks such as Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD environments and tools such as Jenkins, CircleCI, GitLab CI, or Travis CI.
  • Ability to analyze logs and troubleshoot issues in cloud-based environments such as AWS and GCP.
  • Ability to write SQL queries for investigation and data validation.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and English communication skills for working with international engineering teams.
