Responsibilities

Design and operate distributed data streaming platforms processing billions of events per day.
Develop secure, performant, and reliable systems using Kafka, Flink, and Debezium.
Collaborate with product, infrastructure, data, and ML teams to support diverse platform use cases.
Build tools and documentation that improve the experience of internal developers.
Mentor engineers and contribute to architectural decisions and long-term technical strategy.

Requirements

5+ years of professional software engineering experience, including building distributed systems at scale.
Experience with Kafka, Flink, and Debezium.
Proficiency designing and implementing event-driven architectures and stream processing systems.
Interest in platform engineering and creating strong developer experiences.
Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical teams.
