Senior Software Engineer, Release Engineering in USA new

Responsibilities

  • Optimize build and deployment automation tools for developers.
  • Create and implement CI/CD solutions that ensure release quality and security.
  • Lead complex projects involving multiple contributors and stakeholders.
  • Participate in the team’s on-call rotation and respond to production alerts for team systems.
  • Mentor and coach other team members.
  • Promote technical excellence and improve the software delivery process.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience.
  • Proficiency in Go, Java/Kotlin, or other modern programming languages, with a strong understanding of testing, quality, and best practices.
  • Ability to work across a breadth of problems and programming languages.
  • Interest in improving software delivery and developer experience.
  • Experience managing AWS or cloud infrastructure.
  • Experience building CI/CD solutions.
  • Ability to use AI tools efficiently for the team and customers.
