Responsibilities

Develop and maintain React Native and TypeScript mobile experiences across multiple Kraken products.
Own initiatives from requirements clarification and stakeholder alignment through implementation, release, and post-launch iteration.
Build support functionality including in-product messaging, chat experiences, content, banners, modals, and voice-call capabilities.
Collaborate with Product, Design, mobile, web, and backend teams to resolve ambiguity and deliver solutions.
Write clean, well-tested code and participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, and mobile release processes.
Develop real-time experiences using APIs and WebSockets and improve shared architecture, components, and development practices.

Requirements

At least 5 years of software development experience, including hands-on experience building and shipping React Native mobile applications.
Strong working knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and modern frontend development practices.
Experience owning projects or mobile releases from initial requirements through production delivery.
Experience with APIs, frontend testing, mobile performance, and modern build and deployment pipelines.
Strong organizational, written, verbal communication, collaboration, and technical judgment skills.
Preferred qualifications include native iOS or Android development with Swift or Kotlin, Node.js or backend experience, WebSockets and real-time functionality, customer-support platforms, mobile release processes, Rust, Go, C++, and experience in large or regulated technology organizations.
