Responsibilities

Build platform components including practice profile services, engagement scoring pipelines, recommendation APIs, and personalization infrastructure.
Ship end-to-end product features from database schema through APIs and front-end experiences.
Integrate ML model outputs, build data pipelines, call model endpoints, and instrument feedback loops.
Write production-ready code with strong testing, observability, and error handling.
Participate in design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions.
Improve engineering practices through testing, monitoring, documentation, and related workflows.
Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pairing.

Requirements

5+ years of software engineering experience building production systems.
Full-stack capabilities across backend services, APIs, and front-end development.
Experience building data pipelines or ETL systems that aggregate, transform, or serve data.
Ability to integrate ML outputs, call model APIs, handle predictions, and log outcomes.
Strong fundamentals in data structures, system design, and debugging.
Ability to integrate generative AI tools into daily workflows.
Good judgment regarding engineering tradeoffs and a strong sense of ownership.
