Senior Software Engineer, iOS in USA

Responsibilities

  • Build features within DoorDash engineering teams.
  • Improve the codebase through continuous refactoring and architecture work.
  • Solve real-time data transfer and synchronization problems.
  • Extend and implement APIs.
  • Implement unit tests.
  • Stay current with iOS development industry standards.
  • Build, launch, and iterate on mobile applications.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of industry experience.
  • B.S., M.S., or PhD. in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Expertise in Swift and the iOS SDK.
  • Familiarity with networking, storage, and CocoaPods.
  • Knowledge of systems and object-oriented programming.
  • Experience building, launching, and iterating on mobile apps.
