Responsibilities

Break complex features into clear, scalable, automatable tests and build testing solutions.
Test mobile and desktop applications, SaaS services, platform scalability, and database migrations.
Partner with engineering teams to provide automated test coverage, stable environment setup and teardown, and reliable quality gates in continuous delivery pipelines.
Participate throughout the development lifecycle by contributing to requirements, designs, and code reviews.
Create and run performance test plans, scenarios, and automation scripts.
Analyze performance results, identify bottlenecks, and document CPU, memory, and response-time findings.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
8+ years of automation experience.
Strong computer science fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms.
Experience in a continuous delivery environment with frequent releases, automated testing gates, CI/CD pipelines, and environment automation.
Experience with BDD/Selenium automation across mobile drivers, BrowserStack, or similar tools.
Experience leading end-to-end performance testing strategy for a large-scale SaaS platform.
Experience troubleshooting and optimizing complex microservices architectures to identify latency and system bottlenecks.
Experience testing SaaS platforms or complex distributed systems.
Experience with Git Flow and tools such as GitLab, Artifactory, and Jira.
Interest in or experience with AI-assisted development workflows.
Knowledge of identity management systems such as MS Entra, Windows and Mac desktop application testing, virtual machine testing, and cross-browser and cross-device testing are preferred.
