Responsibilities

Contribute to frontend and backend codebases as a full-stack software engineer.
Lead projects through discovery, design, architecture, system design, work breakdown, implementation, and monitoring.
Build greenfield product features for a scalable, configurable, multi-brand healthcare platform.
Understand, improve, break down, and migrate complex business logic from the legacy monorepo into services.
Own shipped work across the full product lifecycle and contribute to product direction.
Help improve internal tooling and developer experience.

Requirements

At least 5–8 years of experience in a similar role at startups, scale-ups, or software companies.
Full-stack software engineering experience with the ability to contribute to frontend and backend systems.
Experience using elements of the stated technology stack.
Experience leading projects across discovery, design, architecture, implementation, and monitoring.
Ability to work effectively in a fluid, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements.
Strong problem-solving, product-thinking, technical scoping, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
