Responsibilities

Build scalable, performance-driven frontend experiences for growth funnels, landing pages, and marketing campaigns.
Write maintainable, efficient, and well-tested React and TypeScript code.
Build and integrate A/B testing frameworks, feature flags, and analytics solutions to improve user acquisition.
Track and interpret user behavior metrics with data scientists and product managers.
Collaborate with Design, Product, and Marketing to deliver user-focused experiences.
Prototype and optimize user journeys to reduce friction and increase conversions.
Provide technical leadership, contribute to architectural roadmaps, and mentor peers.
Apply secure coding practices, identify vulnerabilities, protect user data, and support privacy and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

Strong experience with TypeScript and frontend frameworks such as React.
Experience with A/B testing, funnel optimization, experimentation, metrics, and hypothesis-driven development.
Ability to build clean, modular, scalable, and performance-focused frontend code.
User-focused approach incorporating user research and design thinking.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and mentor or support peers.
Curiosity, adaptability, ownership, and willingness to learn new technologies and practices.
Awareness of security principles and experience safeguarding user data.
