Responsibilities

Develop and maintain customer-facing web applications in a cross-functional product team.
Build and own backend-for-frontend components that deliver dynamic, server-driven UI configurations.
Design, launch, and iterate on A/B experiments and use customer insights to improve products.
Design and develop efficient, scalable, reliable, and maintainable solutions.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to solve user problems and shape product experiences.
Mentor team members and participate in the hiring process.
Set team-wide standards and vision for responsible AI adoption and integrate AI tools into engineering workflows.
Lead the evaluation and adoption of AI technologies while maintaining quality, security, and governance standards.

Requirements

6+ years of software development experience.
Expertise in web application development using component-based frameworks.
High proficiency in TypeScript.
Experience designing the architecture and deployment of web applications and services.
Experience writing tests.
Ability to turn ideas into fast, reliable, and maintainable code.
Customer-centric prioritization and data-driven decision-making.
Strong stakeholder-management, written, and verbal communication skills in English.
Mature judgment in selecting and applying AI tools while supporting team adoption.
Preferred: backend experience with Java and Spring Boot.
Preferred: experience with A/B testing, hypothesis building, and event-based analytics.
Preferred: knowledge of Node.js, Vue.js, or similar component-based frontend frameworks.
Preferred: experience in e-commerce or startup environments.
