Responsibilities

Architect, develop, and maintain the Hubs runtime platform using React, NodeJS, TypeScript, and Ruby.
Design scalable user interfaces using microfrontend concepts and build the frontend platform for customization at scale.
Collaborate with frontend, product, and engineering teams to enable broad platform adoption.
Write clean, efficient, well-tested, and well-documented code.
Contribute to technical standards and operational processes.
Provide 24/7 production support for UIs and services to achieve 99.99% uptime.
Monitor production systems, tune alerts, and respond to production alerts.
Recommend technical investments that improve service stability, performance, and scalability.
Build continuous integration and continuous delivery systems that enable deterministic releases.
Create an operational support strategy for new and junior developers.
Mentor junior developers in technical and professional skills.
Support leadership in balancing immediate and long-term technical goals.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or comparable work experience.
At least 5 years of software engineering experience, including test-driven development and UI/API design.
At least 5 years of experience monitoring systems, tuning alerts, and responding to production alerts.
Preferred experience with Ruby on Rails, NodeJS, React, and TypeScript.
Experience working remotely and with distributed teams.
Fluent spoken and written English.
