Senior Software Engineer, Frontend in USA

Responsibilities

  • Own complex frontend features end-to-end, from inception through launch, measurement, and iteration.
  • Design and implement scalable frontend architecture and translate complex business requirements into technical frameworks.
  • Improve frontend reliability, performance, observability, and application performance monitoring practices.
  • Build and refine internal frontend frameworks and pipelines to improve developer experience, code health, and delivery speed.
  • Mentor engineers and contribute to design reviews, technical standards, and system architecture.
  • Partner with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver cross-system improvements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of dedicated UI or frontend development experience in high-growth, agile environments.
  • Expert proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Strong hands-on experience with React and Angular.
  • Comprehensive understanding of large-scale frontend systems and frontend architectural improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive technical change, motivate peers, establish accountability, and achieve measurable results.
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Salary: $113k - $252k/yr
