Senior Software Engineer, Financial Sync in USA

Responsibilities

  • Build the next-generation Financial Sync ERP platform and enable vendors to create integrations within it.
  • Ship features that help customers manage increasingly complex financial flows.
  • Improve the usage-to-billing pipeline by ingesting usage events, aggregating them, and converting data points into dynamic pricing.
  • Work across frontend configuration surfaces, including an in-app workflow builder, as well as backend and event-ingestion infrastructure.
  • Own systems end-to-end from design through production issue resolution.
  • Mentor engineers, raise the technical bar, and help shape engineering culture.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Experience with TypeScript or a similar language and willingness to work across the stack.
  • Understanding of best practices for querying relational databases.
  • Experience with high-volume data ingestion is a plus.
  • Ability to own systems end-to-end, apply systems thinking, navigate startup uncertainty, and collaborate effectively.
  • Interest in learning unfamiliar domains such as accounting.

Salary: $175k - $240k/yr
