Senior Software Engineer, Developer Experience in USA

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Bazel monorepo builds and own the remote build execution cluster.
  • Scale CI pipelines for thousands of daily builds with an emphasis on speed, safety, and reliability.
  • Manage GitHub repository configurations, pre-merge checks, and test executions.
  • Improve developer onboarding and reduce time-to-first-commit.
  • Provide and maintain remote development environments for efficient coding, testing, and deployment workflows.

Requirements

  • Experience building and maintaining developer infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, or large-scale build systems such as Bazel.
  • Proficiency writing clean, maintainable code in Go or Python.
  • Experience with distributed or remote build execution systems.
  • Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration using Kubernetes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on developer productivity, onboarding, and engineering workflows.
