Responsibilities

Solve complex technical problems and deliver scalable, maintainable software solutions.
Design, code, review, and optimize critical software components and services.
Apply architectural patterns, design standards, and software development best practices.
Drive DevOps automation, continuous integration, continuous deployment, and operational monitoring.
Embed security, reliability, scalability, and performance into architecture and development processes.
Promote secure coding practices and security controls throughout the software development lifecycle.
Collaborate across engineering, QA, operations, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to support effective testing and high-quality delivery.

Requirements

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
At least 4 years of software development experience.
Experience with Angular, Java, Spring Boot, Python, Golang, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
Strong ability to solve complex problems, work independently, manage time, and make timely decisions.
Effective written and spoken English communication skills, with local-language skills as applicable.
Experience collaborating with global, virtual, multicultural, cross-functional, and matrixed teams.
Stakeholder management, influencing, networking, and customer-needs understanding skills.
Ability to support change, continuous improvement, and commercial business objectives.
Resourcefulness and ability to probe, analyze information, and translate it into insight.
Experience creating multi-platform propositions and collaborating across market and industry teams.
