Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and scaling of backend services processing millions of data workflows daily.
Architect AI-based solutions for revenue forecasting problems.
Investigate and resolve complex technical and production issues through root-cause analysis.
Design reusable backend services, data integration capabilities, and developer tooling.
Lead technical design discussions and contribute to application architecture decisions.
Improve system reliability, performance, observability, and operational excellence.
Mentor junior engineers through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and engineering best practices.

Requirements

5+ years of experience building reliable, scalable production software in Java or Go within microservice-based environments.
Strong understanding of distributed systems and experience troubleshooting and operating production systems.
Experience improving reliability, performance, incident resolution, and root-cause analysis.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS.
Experience with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, including data modeling and performance optimization.
Experience using observability systems and Java or Go testing frameworks.
Strong collaboration and communication skills across engineering, product, and support teams.
Experience developing AI applications is a preferred qualification.
