Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deliver high-quality web applications and back-end services.
Add functionality to existing systems and improve usability, quality, performance, and scalability.
Collaborate with UX designers, product management, and end users to create strong user experiences.
Provide technical leadership, guidance, support, and mentorship to geographically distributed team members.
Deliver feedback to the business while working in an agile team with continuous deployment.

Requirements

A Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or a related field and two years of experience as a Software Engineer or related occupation.
Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or a related field and five years of progressive Software Engineer experience.
At least one year of experience developing web applications with HTML, CSS, and ES6.
At least one year of experience designing, implementing, and consuming REST APIs using Java, C++, Python, Ruby, Node.js, or Go.
At least one year of experience with a JavaScript MVC toolkit in a single-page architecture, including Angular, Dojo, React, Vue, or Backbone.
At least one year of experience working with and mentoring geographically distributed teams.
At least one year of experience delivering performant, scalable, and maintainable user interfaces and APIs.

Salary: $325k - $425k/yr
