Responsibilities

  • Build and improve backend services and APIs for GoDaddy’s domain-investing platform.
  • Develop responsive, customer-facing features across the full stack.
  • Write scalable, reliable, and cloud-ready code using engineering best practices.
  • Debug and solve well-defined technical problems within the team’s scope.
  • Contribute to unit and functional testing, deployment automation, and iterative releases.
  • Collaborate with a Scrum team in an Agile development environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience, including building full-stack applications and scalable systems.
  • Strong proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, C#, or Go.
  • Experience with backend services and frontend/UI technologies.
  • Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, software design, microservices, distributed systems, and cloud computing.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, testing, deployment automation, and cloud platforms.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent experience, in computer science, information systems, or a related discipline.
  • Good communication skills and a desire to learn and grow.
  • Exposure to AI tools and technologies is a plus.
  • Experience in an Agile development environment is preferred.
