Responsibilities

Design and deliver high-quality native iOS solutions using Swift and SwiftUI.
Shape mobile architecture, engineering standards, and the technical roadmap.
Make design and architectural decisions balancing customer experience, security, reliability, and maintainability.
Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and technical leaders to translate customer needs into practical solutions.
Build well-tested, observable, and maintainable software and integrate mobile applications with APIs, backend services, and cloud technology.
Contribute across the full engineering lifecycle from design and development through production operation.
Mentor engineers and improve team capability, quality, and engineering practices.

Requirements

Experienced iOS engineer with strong hands-on development capability and sound technical judgment.
Deep native iOS development experience using Swift and SwiftUI.
Strong knowledge of MVVM, MVI, Clean Architecture, modular design, dependency injection, object-oriented design, SOLID principles, and established software design patterns.
Experience delivering secure and reliable mobile applications with automated testing, continuous delivery, and production observability.
Experience integrating REST or GraphQL APIs and working with cloud services such as AWS.
Ability to lead technical decisions, challenge existing approaches constructively, and build support for strategic engineering direction.
Experience mentoring engineers and improving capability, quality, and engineering practices across teams.
Exposure to backend development with .NET, C#, or microservices; regulated technology environments; and AI or machine learning is valuable.
Clear communication, effective collaboration, and the ability to influence engineering decisions.
