Senior Software Engineer, Agentic Platform in USA

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and optimize scalable machine learning infrastructure for training, evaluating, and deploying large language models.
  • Build abstractions that automate steps across machine learning workflows.
  • Develop and productionize infrastructure for state-of-the-art models and large-scale ML systems.
  • Build scalable microservices and ETL pipelines and optimize LLM latency.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data analytics, machine learning, and product teams on new features.
  • Drive best practices in machine learning and data engineering.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of industry experience in machine learning, infrastructure, or related fields.
  • Experience with PyTorch, Hugging Face, vLLM, or TensorRT-LLM.
  • Experience building and scaling end-to-end machine learning systems.
  • Expertise in Python and experience with a performant language such as C++ or Go.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or an equivalent field.
  • Interest in machine learning and software engineering research publications.
  • Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration experience.

Benefits

  • Base pay of $161,300-$274,200, plus equity when applicable and variable or incentive compensation.
