Responsibilities

Design, develop, and test advertising software while optimizing the performance of ads frontend interfaces.
Resolve JavaScript, layout, cross-browser, and compatibility issues.
Develop and maintain frontend framework runtime and compilation engines for advertising technologies.
Identify collaboration inefficiencies and develop tools to improve productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technical solutions.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle from preliminary system analysis through testing and deployment.
Mentor junior software engineers and interns.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field, or an additional two years of related work experience in lieu of the degree.
At least five years of related work experience.
Five years of experience designing and implementing large-scale distributed online software services using Java, Go, JavaScript, Ruby, or Python.
Five years of experience designing and implementing user interfaces and scripts to automate common flows using HTML, JavaScript, Python, or Ruby.
Five years of experience maintaining and debugging software services.
Five years of experience gathering business requirements with cross-functional stakeholders and translating them into technical requirements.
Five years of experience using agile methodology throughout the software development lifecycle.
Five years of experience designing and implementing software service architecture for high-throughput and fault-tolerant services.
Five years of experience using Unix or Linux operating systems.

Benefits

Full-time position with a 40-hour workweek.
Located in San Jose, California.

Salary: $218k - $388k/yr
