Responsibilities

  • Lead the redesign, modernization, and optimization of Actimize products for cloud-native deployment.
  • Develop and maintain Java, Spring, Spring Boot, RESTful services, Vue 3 applications, and microservices.
  • Identify and resolve architectural bottlenecks affecting scalability, maintainability, and cloud compatibility.
  • Use Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, and Helm to support deployment, messaging, automation, and infrastructure.
  • Champion code quality, automated testing, resiliency, operability, reliability, and supportability throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Document design changes, facilitate technical discussions, mentor teammates, and guide agile teams toward continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field from a reputed institute.
  • Strong hands-on Java development experience with data structures, multithreading, object-oriented programming, design patterns, functional programming, and memory optimization.
  • Proven experience with Spring and Spring Boot for web applications or web services.
  • Required experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, and Vue 3, including complex front-end applications, state management, and authentication and authorization flows.
  • Experience building and optimizing Jenkins CI/CD pipelines and using Terraform, Ansible, and Helm for infrastructure as code and automation.
  • Experience with databases including MSSQL, PostgreSQL, and Oracle, including schema design, ORM integration, and query performance tuning.
  • Experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architectures, Agile development environments, and JIRA.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaborative teamwork abilities.
