Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain advanced Salesforce Service Cloud features including case management, field service, self-service portals, and automation workflows.
Lead the technical design and implementation of Salesforce Flows, integrations, and Lightning components.
Diagnose Salesforce platform issues, implement sustainable fixes, and optimize performance and governor-limit compliance.
Mentor junior Salesforce developers and promote coding, testing, and deployment best practices.
Improve Salesforce coding standards, test automation, and CI/CD deployment pipelines using Copado or Gearset.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to refine CRM requirements and align technical solutions with organizational objectives.
Troubleshoot Salesforce production issues and coordinate with DevOps and platform teams on system reliability and health.
Implement observability for Salesforce org health through monitoring, alerting, and debug-log analysis.

Requirements

At least 5 years of Salesforce development experience, with up to 8 years in related roles and ownership of complex Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow-based solutions.
Advanced Apex development experience including triggers, batch classes, queueable jobs, and test classes.
Expertise with Lightning Web Components and Aura component development.
Strong experience with Salesforce declarative tools including Flows, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes.
Deep understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud, case management, field service, and digital engagement.
Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events.
Proficiency with SOQL, SOSL, query optimization, and bulk data processing patterns.
Working knowledge of Salesforce security models including profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
Familiarity with Salesforce DX, Salesforce CLI, Git, and source-driven development practices.
Experience with Salesforce CI/CD deployment tooling such as Copado or Gearset.
Proficiency with .NET, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Redis, AWS services, Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, Terraform, and CDK.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required; Platform Developer II certification is preferred.
Preferred experience includes Financial Services Cloud or wealth management configurations, Apigee, advanced automation frameworks, Salesforce test-driven development, observability tools, and Scrum.
