Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain full-stack product features across front-end interfaces and back-end systems.
  • Contribute to and maintain the product design system for consistency and reuse.
  • Build and maintain reliable, performant, and maintainable APIs.
  • Resolve complex bugs and performance issues across foundational systems.
  • Participate in code reviews and collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers.
  • Support modernization of core platform infrastructure and help teammates grow technically.
  • Drive adoption of AI-driven development practices and productivity tooling.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in full-stack or combined front-end and back-end software development.
  • Strong proficiency in React, modern JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Experience building and maintaining APIs and design systems.
  • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end performance best practices.
  • Ability to contribute across large, established codebases and experience with object-oriented methodologies and design patterns.
  • Preferred experience includes Backbone.js, Dropwizard or Spring Boot, Java, SQL and NoSQL databases, Microsoft Azure or AWS, and Playwright, Storybook, or Selenium.
  • Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline and/or equivalent experience.
