Senior Quality Engineer in USA

Responsibilities

  • Design and own automated test frameworks for functional, integration, and end-to-end testing.
  • Lead test strategy and planning for major product releases with Engineering and Product.
  • Mentor junior quality engineers and improve quality practices across the team.
  • Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines and improve test coverage and reliability.
  • Track quality metrics, identify trends, and drive systemic defect-prevention improvements.
  • Contribute to quality engineering standards and tooling decisions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of quality engineering experience with deep expertise in test automation.
  • Expert proficiency with automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or TypeScript.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, quality-first mindset.
