Responsibilities

  • Own overall test delivery for all activities within the Cards sub-domain.
  • Develop testing strategies, plans, test cases, automation features, and testing deliverables.
  • Execute functional, non-functional, API, performance, process, and product testing across multiple environments.
  • Develop high-quality automated test solutions and validate software against functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Participate in software development lifecycle activities and Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, planning, retrospectives, and refinements.
  • Track and report testing results, test coverage, resource needs, defects, defect status, and performance baselines.
  • Collaborate with testing and delivery teams and contribute to the broader QA and Testing community.
  • Use AI tools to improve productivity and workflows while applying responsible and ethical judgment to data and AI outputs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a college or university with a focus on IT or data evaluation, or comparable professional experience.
  • Broad and deep understanding of test strategies, test infrastructure setup, test data management, and overall test management.
  • Strong experience analyzing requirements, creating test cases, and executing tests for user stories.
  • Experience with Karate API Automation framework, Postman, Performance Centre, SQL Developer, Quality Centre/ALM, Confluence, and Jira.
  • Strong experience with REST API, JSON, and XML.
  • Experience with Java, Selenium, and Rest Assured.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment and knowledge of cards.
  • Proactive teamwork, communication skills, and good English language skills.
  • Proven ability to leverage AI tools to optimize workflows and solve business problems responsibly.
