Responsibilities

  • Promote QA excellence within an assigned Scrum team.
  • Estimate, prioritize, plan, document, coordinate, and execute testing efforts.
  • Manage testing activities across multiple tasks, stakeholders, and projects.
  • Drive adoption of QA best practices and improve QA methodologies and processes.
  • Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks.
  • Champion AI-powered and automation-driven testing tools.
  • Collaborate with developers and product managers to embed quality checks early in the development cycle.
  • Perform end-to-end testing, including requirements analysis, test execution, defect tracking, product delivery, and maintenance.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end QA and testing processes.
  • Strong knowledge of software development processes, testing types and techniques, testing tools, and QA methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Jira and test management tools.
  • Experience implementing and maintaining automation test frameworks using Selenium and Appium for Android and iOS.
  • Experience with API testing using Postman, Swagger, or Rest Assured.
  • Experience or interest in AI-driven QA practices.
  • Experience working in Agile Scrum teams.
  • Exposure to performance or security testing is preferred but not mandatory.
