Responsibilities

Build end-to-end product features for configuring AI agents, troubleshooting issues, integrating external systems, and answering questions from customer data.
Develop and improve voice agents for speed, reliability, and high-quality interactions.
Extend agent capabilities across calls, messaging, and email with shared memory and state.
Build memory systems supporting reasoning across customer interactions and workflows.
Improve observability and tracing for diagnosing and resolving agent interaction issues.
Help agents select the appropriate communication channel for each interaction.

Requirements

Production experience building and owning distributed systems and product features across frontend and backend.
Strong software engineering fundamentals, product judgment, and ability to learn unfamiliar domains quickly.
Production backend experience with Python, FastAPI, or TypeScript and experience building React frontends.
Experience with real-time audio or voice infrastructure, AI agents or LLMs, and asynchronous or event-driven systems with complex state.
Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, or similar data stores and cloud infrastructure such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Familiarity with workflow orchestration, job scheduling, communication integrations, and observability tools is useful.
