Responsibilities

Build and ship features for North, Cohere’s AI workspace platform.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement interface elements.
Develop custom solutions when security and privacy requirements limit the use of popular libraries or tooling.
Collaborate with researchers to productionize state-of-the-art models and techniques.
Research new technologies and best practices.

Requirements

Production experience shipping native Android and iOS code using Kotlin and Swift.
Experience building native applications for AI companies and/or applications loved by many users.
Ability to understand and fix issues outside the main codebase.
Experience bootstrapping new projects.
Ability to execute effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and objectives.
Experience with audio features for applications is a bonus.
