Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement software solutions for consulting and software development projects.
  • Apply AI methods and tools throughout the software development process, including LLMs, agent-based frameworks, code generation, and test automation.
  • Use Java, JavaScript, Spring, Kotlin, Maven, Gradle, and JUnit in software development work.
  • Contribute to every phase of the software engineering lifecycle.
  • Provide technical leadership for a project team.
  • Mentor colleagues and contribute to training and knowledge sharing.
  • Work with customers across different industries and participate in agile projects.

Requirements

  • Completed university degree in computer science or a comparable discipline.
  • At least 8 years of professional software development experience.
  • Experience or interest in agile methods such as Scrum or Design Thinking.
  • Ability to work independently and contribute actively to team success.
  • Strong professional software development expertise and willingness to provide technical leadership.
