Responsibilities

Own customer-facing features end-to-end from architecture decisions and implementation through production release.
Collaborate with customers, partners, and Sales to identify pain points and inform priorities.
Conduct product discovery through hypotheses, lightweight experiments, and outcome measurement.
Instrument owned areas with metrics to support data-driven product decisions.
Build pragmatic, scalable software while balancing customer value and long-term maintainability.
Drive initiatives proactively and communicate asynchronously with low meeting overhead.

Requirements

At least 5 years of full-stack engineering experience delivering customer-facing web applications end-to-end.
Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, and React.
Demonstrated ability to drive product discovery, run experiments, and measure outcomes.
Experience identifying, collecting, and using metrics for product decisions.
Comfort working directly with customers, partners, and Sales.
Native-level German proficiency and fluent English.
Strong computer science fundamentals and sound judgment when balancing speed, quality, and effort.
Experience integrating LLMs such as OpenAI APIs into production applications is preferred.
Familiarity with GDPR and EU AI Act considerations for AI services is preferred.
High-growth startup experience is preferred.

Benefits

Salary range of 80,000 to 120,000 EUR annually.
Fully remote work arrangement.
Preference for candidates based in Germany or Austria and availability during Central European Time hours.
Optional in-person collaboration from the Vienna, Austria office.
