Responsibilities

Develop clean, reusable, well-tested software using C#/.NET and React.
Create large-scale distributed systems using microservices.
Collaborate with analysts, designers, project managers, and other teammates to design features, concepts, interactive prototypes, and customer experiences.
Apply engineering practices including test-driven development, pair programming, design patterns, continuous delivery, and DevSecOps.
Participate in the full software consulting and delivery lifecycle from ideation through deployment.
Assess team health, code quality, and nonfunctional requirements while advocating for technical excellence.
Mentor less-experienced peers through technical expertise and leadership.
Share technical expertise through speaking engagements, open-source contributions, blogs, and other external community activities.

Requirements

Strong full-stack development skills, especially C#/.NET and React.
Proficiency with object-oriented programming and current object-oriented technologies.
Ability to write high-quality, well-tested code.
Awareness of test-driven development, continuous integration, and continuous delivery approaches and tools.
Comfort working with Agile methodologies such as Extreme Programming, Scrum, and/or Kanban.
Working knowledge of AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, and Docker is preferred.
Ability to influence others, advocate for technical excellence, adapt to change, and navigate ambiguity.
